We want to do a follow up with you in regards to the Billing Date Change and Network Upgrades in process.


Billing Date Change

As we have indicated in earlier communications we are transitioning to a new billing system as we upgrade your Internet access services.
Here is what this means to you:
Previously you have been billed for Internet service based on your anniversary date (the date you signed up). Effective for August, you will be moving to a “first of the month” billing cycle. As part of this billing upgrade and date change we discontinued the July invoice and applied credits or charges where required. This will be included with the August billing. We apologize if this caused you any inconvenience.

Due to the additional changes we needed to make to insure a smooth transition we are sending the August invoices in paper form. Starting September 1, 2009 you will be receiving your invoice via email.  If you would like to continue receiving your paper invoice there will be a $2.00 paper billing surcharge added to your account per invoice.  For email invoicing, please make sure that our office has your preferred email address on file.

Network Upgrades with NEW Customer Portal
In addition, we have been upgrading the network in the following areas:

  • Manufacture Software upgrade to Wireless equipment. This upgrade will allow for better through put, faster surfing and increased security. We will be calling to inform you when we make the changes to your area. It will also be posted on our site at: http://www.granitewave.com
  • We have been upgrading our billing system and are proud to announce our NEW Customer Portal. From this portal you will be able to login securely, set up your payment information, pay your bill online, update your contact info, and much more. Please contact the office for your, login details.
  • Our Newsletter: We will be offering you access to “The Granite News” newsletter. Stay up to date on NEW technology, NEW product offerings, services, local events and more…
